Advertising & Insurance Disclosures
Effective Date: PRODUCTION LAUNCH DATE Last Updated: September 7, 2026
InsurancePolicyHelp.org and the Insurance Policy Help brand are owned and operated by TwelveStones Inc.
This page explains the relationship between Insurance Policy Help, consumers, insurance carriers, licensed insurance professionals, advertising platforms, and call-tracking services.
1. Independent Service
Insurance Policy Help is an independent consumer-facing service. It is not an insurance carrier’s customer-service department and is not a government agency.
Unless a specific page clearly states otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting as the customer-service department for any insurance carrier named or discussed on this Site.
For official billing, claims, login, payment, beneficiary, ownership, address, account, or policy-servicing requests, contact your insurer directly.
2. Website Ownership and Licensed Insurance Services
TwelveStones Inc. owns and operates InsurancePolicyHelp.org and the Insurance Policy Help brand.
Policy-specific insurance advice, solicitation, quoting, or placement, when offered, is provided only by appropriately licensed insurance professionals and/or licensed insurance agencies identified to you at the time the service is provided.
Insurance products and services are available only in jurisdictions where the applicable producer, agency, and carrier are authorized and where the product is approved or otherwise lawfully available.
3. Advertising Relationship
You may reach this Site through paid search, paid social, display advertising, direct-response advertising, or other marketing channels.
An advertisement may refer to a common insurance question, policy type, life-insurance issue, or insurance carrier to help identify the topic a consumer is searching for. Such reference does not by itself indicate affiliation with, endorsement by, or authorization from a carrier.
Advertising and landing-page copy is intended to describe the independent service actually offered. A disclosure does not authorize misleading use of another company’s name, logo, trademark, identity, or affiliation, and carrier marks should not be used in a manner that creates a false impression of sponsorship or official customer-service status.
4. No Guarantee of Savings, Approval, or Better Coverage
Advertising on this Site does not guarantee:
- lower premiums;
- savings of any particular amount or percentage;
- approval or issue of coverage;
- a specific underwriting class;
- that a policy should be replaced;
- that a replacement policy will be better than existing coverage;
- that all carriers or products in your state will be reviewed; or
- a specific response, quote, approval, issue, or bind time.
Coverage, pricing, benefits, underwriting, and availability vary by carrier, product, state, applicant, and policy terms.
5. No Obligation to Buy
You may call Insurance Policy Help to ask questions without an obligation to purchase, replace, cancel, surrender, or change insurance coverage.
Keeping existing coverage is a valid outcome of a policy review.
6. Carrier Names, Trademarks, and Official Contact Information
Carrier names, logos, trademarks, and service marks are the property of their respective owners.
If the Site provides an official carrier contact link or telephone number, it is presented as a separate service-navigation resource. Official carrier links and telephone numbers should not be replaced by our dynamic call-tracking numbers.
A carrier-specific page should clearly distinguish between:
- independent help from Insurance Policy Help, and
- official account service from the insurance carrier.
7. Policy Reviews and Existing Coverage
A policy review is based on information you provide. We do not claim automatic access to your insurer’s policy, billing, claims, or account records.
Having a policy, annual statement, premium notice, or other document available can be helpful, but you may still call with general questions.
No website statement supersedes the actual policy contract.
8. Insurance Replacement
Do not cancel existing coverage merely because you are exploring alternatives.
Replacement life insurance may involve new underwriting, new policy provisions, a new contestability period where applicable, surrender charges, tax consequences, loss of existing guarantees or riders, and other material differences. State-required replacement disclosures and procedures may apply.
9. Compensation Disclosure
If you purchase insurance through a participating licensed insurance producer or agency, that producer or agency may be compensated by the insurance carrier, agency, distributor, marketing organization, or another authorized insurance-market participant.
Compensation may vary by product and carrier. The existence of potential compensation does not create an obligation to purchase coverage.
10. Call Tracking and Dynamic Number Insertion
Telephone numbers displayed on the Site may be provided through a call-tracking system. The number shown to a visitor may vary by advertising source, campaign, or session and may be dynamically inserted for attribution.
Call tracking may record information such as advertising source, landing page, call status, duration, routing, and outcome. A telephone click is not treated as a completed or qualified call merely because the button was clicked.
If dynamic number insertion fails, the Site should display a verified business-controlled fallback number rather than a broken or nonworking number.
11. Call Recording and Transcription
Call recording and transcription are disabled unless and until the applicable notice, consent, access, and retention requirements have been configured for the states in which the feature is used.
If recording or transcription is enabled, callers will receive any legally required notice or consent request before recording or transcription begins.
12. Callback and Communication Consent
Calling a number on the Site does not by itself enroll you in recurring marketing calls or text messages.
If you affirmatively request a callback, you authorize TwelveStones Inc. and/or the licensed insurance professional assigned to your inquiry to contact you at the number you provide for the purpose of responding to that request.
A callback request is not blanket consent to unrelated recurring marketing text messages.
If we later offer automated, prerecorded, or marketing text-message programs for which prior express written consent is required, that consent will be requested separately in clear and conspicuous language and will identify the party or parties authorized to contact you. Consent will not be required as a condition of purchasing insurance where prohibited by law.
13. Availability and Licensing
A website, ad, or phone number may be visible to people in states where the requested insurance service is not currently available. Visibility of an advertisement or website page does not itself mean that a product, carrier, producer, or agency is authorized or available in your state.
Before providing policy-specific insurance assistance, the service may confirm your state and route the call only to an appropriately licensed and available professional.
14. No Government Affiliation
Insurance Policy Help and TwelveStones Inc. are not government agencies and are not affiliated with Medicare, Medicaid, the Social Security Administration, any state department of insurance, or any other federal, state, local, or territorial government agency unless expressly stated.
15. Not All Carriers or Products Represented
Insurance Policy Help does not represent that every insurance carrier, policy form, or product available in the market will be reviewed or offered.
Carrier access, appointments, product availability, underwriting appetite, and state availability can change.
16. Advertising Claims and Testimonials
Any factual advertising claim, comparison, testimonial, endorsement, rating, savings statement, or performance statement must be supported by current evidence and presented with any material qualification needed to avoid misleading consumers.
We do not publish invented reviews, fictitious testimonials, arbitrary “agents available now” indicators, unsupported savings percentages, or guaranteed review times.
